Refund Policy
Effective: July 12, 2026
1. Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase. This policy applies to the initial Marathoner license purchase. It does not limit any non-waivable refund or cancellation right available under applicable consumer law.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@upgradeyour.ai from the address used for purchase. Include your Creem order ID and a short description of the issue so we can identify the transaction and, where possible, improve the product. We respond to support and refund requests within three business days.
3. Processing
Creem is the Merchant of Record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times vary; funds commonly take 5–10 business days to appear after processing. Currency-conversion differences, bank fees, or other amounts controlled by your payment provider may not be recoverable by us.
4. Effect of a refund
When a refund is issued, the paid license is cancelled and paid functionality may be deactivated. You should stop using any paid-only features. Functionality expressly offered as free may remain available under the current product terms.
5. Purchases outside Creem
If a purchase was made through another authorized marketplace or reseller, its refund process and mandatory terms may apply. Contact us if you are unsure where the purchase was processed.
